Maria arrived from Naples, Italy in 1985. Although Italian is her native language, Maria has both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in French and Spanish as well as a Masters in Education. She teaches both French and Spanish at Rivier College and loves teaching at WAFL. |

Catherine was born in Niort, France and spent most of her life just outside Paris. She came to the US in 1998 and has taught her sons French. Catherine has also privately tutored in French. She is a very enthusiastic teacher and enjoys making class fun for the Middle Schoolers. |

Eriko came to the US in 1979 after graduating from college in Japan with a major in English. She has taught her native tongue at the Berlitz School of Language since 1981 and several other language schools. She enjoys the students and realizes the benefits of the total immersion method. |
